For this set of interior rooms in the Ballard facility, our team completed a full polished concrete flooring system, transforming existing, worn slabs into clean, durable, and visually uniform polished surfaces. These rooms required a refined finish suitable for office, testing, and controlled operational environments.

Scope of Work Included:

• Initial surface preparation to remove adhesives, coatings, and contaminants

• Mechanical grinding and honing to expose a consistent concrete surface

• Application of concrete densifier to strengthen and harden the slab

• Progressive polishing stages to achieve a smooth, light-reflective finish

• Edge and detail work around walls, door frames, and transition areas

• Final sealer application to enhance durability and stain resistance
