This project at Kingston Garden involved the installation of a high-performance traffic coating system designed to protect and extend the life of the building’s underground parking and service areas. Based on the photos, the scope focused on durability, moisture protection, and long-term performance in a high-traffic residential environment.

The concrete surfaces were thoroughly prepared to ensure proper adhesion, including cleaning, surface conditioning, and detailed edge work along walls, columns, and penetrations. Once prepared, a seamless traffic coating system was applied to create a uniform, slip-resistant surface capable of handling vehicle traffic, pedestrian use, and exposure to moisture.

The finished coating provides excellent resistance to wear, chemicals, and water intrusion while improving brightness and cleanliness throughout the space. Expansion joints, drains, and transitions were carefully detailed to maintain functionality and prevent future issues.

This traffic coating system not only enhances the visual appearance of the parkade but also delivers critical protection for the concrete structure, reducing maintenance costs and increasing longevity—an ideal solution for residential parking facilities like Kingston Garden.
