This project involved professional concrete surface cleaning and preparation within a commercial parking and service area at Oakridge Centre.

Based on the photos, the scope of work included:

• Removal of construction dust, surface contaminants, residue, and staining from exposed concrete

• Detailed cleaning around mechanical, electrical conduits, fire protection piping, and penetrations
