Office Flake Epoxy Flooring

This project features a professionally installed flake epoxy flooring system over an interior concrete slab in a commercial office/retail environment. The existing concrete surface was mechanically prepared to remove contaminants and ensure proper adhesion, followed by crack and joint treatment where required.

A high-performance epoxy base coat was applied, then broadcast with decorative vinyl flakes to create a seamless, uniform finish. Once cured, the surface was sealed with a durable clear topcoat, providing enhanced resistance to wear, moisture, and daily foot traffic.

The finished floor delivers a clean, modern appearance with a lightly textured surface that improves slip resistance while remaining easy to maintain. This system is ideal for office spaces, retail units, and commercial interiors where durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance are essential.
