This project involved the preparation and coating of a large underground building parkade with a high-performance concrete floor system designed for durability, moisture resistance, and long-term wear.

The existing concrete slab was mechanically prepared through grinding to remove surface contaminants, laitance, and inconsistencies, ensuring proper adhesion of the coating system. Cracks, joints, and surface imperfections were addressed as part of the preparation process to create a uniform and stable substrate.

A seamless industrial-grade concrete coating was then applied across the parkade floor, resulting in a smooth, consistent finish with a light-reflective surface that improves visibility and overall appearance. The finished floor is resistant to moisture intrusion, vehicle traffic, abrasion, and common parkade contaminants such as oils and salts.

This system provides a clean, durable, and low-maintenance flooring solution suitable for underground parking structures, enhancing both functionality and longevity of the concrete slab.
