This project involved the restoration and protection of an existing concrete parkade floor subjected to heavy pedestrian and vehicle use.

The work began with mechanical surface preparation, including grinding to remove old coatings, surface contaminants, and weak concrete. Visible cracks, joints, and damaged areas were properly repaired and filled to restore structural continuity and create a uniform substrate.

Once prepared, the concrete floor received a high-performance protective coating system, applied evenly across the parkade surface. The finished result is a smooth, durable, and slip-resistant floor designed to withstand daily traffic, moisture exposure, and long-term wear typical of parkade environments.

The completed flooring improves:

  • Concrete durability and lifespan

  • Resistance to abrasion and moisture

  • Overall cleanliness and light reflectivity

  • Safety for both pedestrians and vehicles

This system delivers a clean, professional finish while protecting the concrete structure beneath—ideal for high-traffic commercial parkades.
