This project involved the full restoration and protective coating of a concrete stairwell in a multi-level parkade. The existing stairs and landings showed visible wear, moisture staining, and unprotected concrete surfaces. Our team thoroughly prepared the area by cleaning, repairing edges, sealing joints, and ensuring proper adhesion throughout the stair treads, risers, and landings before applying the coating system.

The finished result features a durable, slip-resistant epoxy coating in a clean grey finish, complemented by high-visibility yellow safety nosings on each step for improved visibility and pedestrian safety. The stairwell now has a uniform, professional appearance with enhanced durability, moisture resistance, and long-term performance—meeting both safety and aesthetic requirements for high-traffic commercial environments.
