This project involved the preparation and waterproofing of new concrete surfaces within a commercial high-rise development in Victoria, BC. The scope of work included surface preparation, detailing of joints and transitions, and the application of a liquid-applied waterproofing and protective coating system across horizontal concrete areas. Particular attention was given to edges, corners, penetrations, and wall-to-floor junctions to ensure full encapsulation and long-term moisture protection.

The finished system provides a seamless, durable, and slip-resistant surface designed to protect the concrete structure from water intrusion, wear, and environmental exposure. The uniform grey finish improves durability while maintaining a clean, professional appearance suitable for high-traffic areas. This installation supports the building’s long-term performance by preventing water damage, extending the life of the concrete, and meeting commercial construction standards.
