This project involved the preparation and application of a seamless waterproofing and protective coating system over existing concrete surfaces within a large commercial building. The scope included floors, staircases, landings, mechanical areas, and structural zones where long-term moisture protection and durability were critical.

The concrete surfaces were thoroughly prepared, including cleaning, patching, edge detailing, and treatment around drains, penetrations, columns, and wall junctions. A fluid-applied waterproof membrane was then installed to create a continuous, fully bonded barrier, ensuring proper drainage and protection against water intrusion. In high-traffic and safety-sensitive areas such as staircases, a durable coating with high-visibility safety striping was applied to improve traction and code compliance. The finished system delivers a uniform, durable surface designed to withstand construction activity, moisture exposure, and long-term operational demands.
