Director of Business Development
With over 15 years of experience in the flooring industry and more than three decades in business management, Brian plays a key role in driving growth and strategic development at Superior Surfaces Ltd.
Brian specializes in generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing detailed project estimations with exceptional accuracy. His approach is rooted in listening first—understanding each client’s unique needs and offering practical, informed guidance that ensures every project starts on the right foundation.
Throughout his career, Brian has helped companies expand their services, streamline operations, and successfully navigate major commercial and industrial projects. At Superior Surfaces, his focus is on supporting the company’s continued growth, enhancing service quality, and ensuring clients receive clear, reliable communication from the very first interaction to project completion.
Outside of work, Brian is actively involved in charitable initiatives and community fundraising efforts—supporting causes that are meaningful to him and his family.
Majid Pourmohammadali
Director of Business Development
Majid Pourmohammadi holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and brings over 19 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry. His professional background spans the design, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, providing him with a strong, hands-on understanding of construction from both an engineering and field-execution perspective.
For the past seven years, Majid has specialized exclusively in advanced resinous flooring and concrete systems. He has successfully delivered over 1,000,000 square feet of high-performance resinous flooring systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea traffic coatings, polyaspartic systems, polished concrete, as well as specialized concrete repair and building waterproofing solutions. This focused specialization has shaped a highly engineering-driven, system-based approach to flooring performance, durability, and long-term service life under real-world operating conditions.
Based in Canada, Majid is directly involved in technical leadership, project planning, and on-site management of execution teams. He maintains hands-on oversight throughout all phases of construction, ensuring that work is executed in strict alignment with project specifications, applicable standards, and performance requirements. His ability to bridge engineering principles with practical site conditions enables him to proactively resolve complex challenges and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Majid’s professional philosophy is rooted in precision, durability, and accountability. He approaches each project not merely as a scope of work, but as a fully engineered solution where material selection, surface preparation, application methodology, and quality control are all critical to long-term success. This disciplined approach has earned the trust of owners, consultants, and general contractors across a wide range of technically demanding projects.
