Solid Epoxy Flooring System (Industrial Facility)
For this section of Ballard’s industrial plant, our team installed a high-build solid epoxy flooring system designed specifically for heavy-duty manufacturing environments. This project required a durable, chemical-resistant, and seamless coating capable of withstanding equipment, forklifts, and continuous operational traffic.
Scope of Work Included:
Full mechanical surface preparation, including grinding to achieve proper concrete profile (CSP)
Repair of cracks, spalls, and substrate imperfections
Application of a high-solids epoxy basecoat for maximum adhesion and strength
Installation of a solid grey epoxy topcoat to create a seamless, uniform finish
Final sealing for chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance
