Parkade Floor Coating

This project involved the installation of a commercial-grade concrete floor coating system at the Burnaby Highgate Mall underground parkade. Based on the scope visible in the photos, the work included surface preparation, mechanical grinding, and application of a durable epoxy-based flooring system designed for high-traffic parking environments.

The finished surface provides improved durability, dust control, and enhanced visibility, while maintaining a clean, uniform appearance across the parkade. Safety markings, traffic flow indicators, and designated areas were integrated to support daily vehicle and pedestrian use.

This flooring system is engineered to withstand constant vehicle traffic, moisture exposure, and wear, making it well-suited for busy commercial parkades and mixed-use developments.
