This project involved the complete preparation and coating of a commercial building parkade concrete floor. Based on the existing concrete condition, the surface was mechanically prepared to remove contaminants, laitance, and imperfections, ensuring proper adhesion of the coating system.

All visible cracks, joints, and surface irregularities were addressed prior to coating. The concrete was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed to create a uniform, sound substrate. A high-performance epoxy-based parkade coating system was then applied to provide a durable, seamless, and moisture-resistant finish.

The finished surface delivers enhanced protection against vehicle traffic, moisture intrusion, dusting, and wear commonly associated with parking structures. The coating also improves light reflectivity, overall cleanliness, and long-term maintenance of the parkade.

This system is designed to withstand heavy use while extending the lifespan of the underlying concrete, making it an ideal solution for commercial and residential parkades.
