Crack Injection & Repair

This project involved comprehensive crack injection and structural concrete repair to address active cracking, moisture intrusion, and deteriorated concrete conditions. The work focused on restoring the integrity of walls, slabs, and structural elements affected by movement, water penetration, and long-term wear.

The process began with exposing and preparing the damaged areas, including removal of loose material and cleaning of cracks to ensure proper bonding. Steel reinforcement was inspected where exposed, and deteriorated sections were stabilized prior to repair. Cracks were then sealed and injected using specialized repair materials designed to penetrate deep into the concrete, restoring strength and preventing future water intrusion.

In areas with extensive cracking, surface routing and sealing were completed to reinforce weak points and create a continuous repair system. Final patching and finishing ensured compatibility with existing surfaces while maintaining structural performance.

This crack injection and repair work helps extend the lifespan of the concrete, improves durability, and protects the structure from ongoing moisture-related damage, delivering a reliable and long-lasting solution for both structural and environmental concerns.
