Balcony & Exterior Floor Coating

This project at Etoile Towers involved the installation of a high-performance protective floor coating across multiple residential balconies and exterior walking surfaces. The goal was to deliver a clean, durable, and visually consistent finish that complements the modern architecture of the towers while standing up to daily use and outdoor exposure.

The newly applied coating provides a seamless, slip-resistant surface designed for safety, longevity, and low maintenance. Its textured finish improves traction while maintaining a smooth, refined appearance that enhances the overall look of the balconies. Special attention was given to edges, thresholds, and curved sections to ensure uniform coverage and proper drainage throughout each space.
