Concrete Floor Restoration & Protective Coating

This project at Goldline Motors focused on transforming a worn, stained concrete slab into a clean, durable, and professional-grade flooring system suitable for an active automotive workspace. The existing floor showed visible cracking, surface contamination, uneven texture, and heavy wear from years of vehicle traffic and equipment use.

Work began with thorough mechanical surface preparation, including grinding and cleaning to remove old coatings, embedded contaminants, and weak surface material. Cracks and surface imperfections were carefully repaired to restore structural integrity and create a uniform base. Special attention was given to transitions, drains, and high-traffic zones to ensure long-term performance.

Once preparation was complete, a high-performance coating system was applied to deliver a seamless, slip-resistant, and easy-to-maintain finish. The final surface provides excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, and abrasion—key requirements for an automotive environment—while significantly improving brightness and overall appearance.
